This year at Sprint Mill we have been having a bit of a rest. That doesn’t mean we have been sitting about with our feet up, it just means we are not having as many open days and public events. Getting the Mill and garden ready for lots of visitors means a lot of extra work to do alongside the usual upkeep and care of the land and animals. Having a break from the larger public events allows us to focus on learning new ways of nurturing our space and improving and developing the skills we already have. It means we can spend time in the moment and enjoy it!  This is not to say that we are not open to having visitors though! Earlier this year we had a group of Art teachers from around Cumbria visit and spend the day with Edward, having a tour of the Mill and a good look around. We are also planning a spoken word event for this July, so follow this blog or check out our facebook page for updates of this and other events.

Sprint Mill events are run on a donations and contributions basis unless otherwise stated.
